Everton in the Community is proud to have obtained the prestigious ‘Investors in Volunteers IiV’ accreditation for the first time and remains the organisation in the country’s network of clubs to be awarded the seal of quality in popularity for its effective voluntary participation in the charity.
Investing in volunteers is the UK’s popular quality for all organisations that involve volunteers in their work and ensures that the arrangement’s volunteer control design adheres to the most productive practice. The IiV accreditation will allow Everton in the network boxes to demonstrate the effectiveness of their work with their team of unwavering and committed volunteers, and the agreement shows them how much they value them, while also giving them confidence in Everton and netpaintings’ ability to provide an exceptional volunteering experience.
Everton Football Club’s official charity has been assessed against six quality criteria and has proven to excel in all facets of the race with its volunteers. These quality spaces assess how well the program manages the entire volunteer program, from initial volunteer recruitment to volunteering processes and policies, to volunteer retention, support, and recognition. The two-day evaluation involved 29 volunteers, as well as a meeting of evaluators with senior officials from the charity, plus EitC Sue Gregory and board chairman Sir John Jones.

Everton in the Community currently has almost two hundred active volunteers who perform a range of varied and important roles for the organisation in more than a portion of its systems on a weekly basis, collectively donating over 6,000 volunteer hours each year, thus giving back to their local community. community.
