Summary of the week

All 14 SEC groups were destined to be in action this week, but instead, they will play six.

No. 1 Alabama (in LSU), No. five Texas A

Ohio State No. 3 will also not be in action this week, as its game in Maryland was canceled because Terrapins had many players who tested positive for COVID-19.

While those settings will save 3 of the country’s five most sensitive groups from betting this week, the No. 2 Notre Dame will be in action for his undefeated season. Fighting Irish eliminated Clemson last week in one of his biggest victories in recent times. memory, and now they will be on the hunt for their possible race to the ACC championship game.

Notre Dame travels to face Boston College, which is 5-3 marked to start the season. The Golden Eagles played a closed game against Clemson on October 31, losing 34-28, but will face a daunting challenge when faced with the Fighting Irish. .

“We have a target on our backs now,” said Irish fighter coach Brian Kelly, according to Ken Powtak of the Associated Press. “The real challenge now is to keep this football team accelerating. “

Clemson, who dropped to fourth place on the AP Top 25 ballot after his first loss, has a break this week.

One team looking to maintain its momentum over the past week is Florida No. 6, who achieved a massive victory against Georgia in Jacksonville to take the East SEC race. If the Gators win, they will head to the SEC championship game. where he’ll probably face Alabama.

Florida welcomes Arkansas in a game they deserve to win. Kyle Trask, senior of Redhirt, will also have a smart chance to continue his record to win the Heisman Trophy. He had 1,815 yards, 22 touchdowns and three interceptions in the First Five Gators games.

In its last five regular-season games, Florida has not faced any ranked opponents, and is well positioned to potentially win the rest of its games and continue its progress towards the playoffs.
