Everton FC has officially presented plans for its new Bramley-Moore Dock.
Adjustments occur after the club made the design adjustments to fans last month and sent feedback from statutory experts to the original proposals submitted in December 2019.
The visual maximum of the innovations considers the west stand with the arrival of a ladder seat and the elimination of the multi-story car park.
The revised app will repair the symmetry of the building and provide a view of the river to fans, as well as the creation of a stepped public domain on terraces in a World Heritage domain.
The proposed solar panels for the West Quay were also moved to the roof of the stadium.
The stadium’s brick facade has also been simplified to make it more evident to pay homage to Archibald Leitch’s latticework, while the total height of the course has been reduced.
Colin Chong, director of progression at Everton Stadium, said: “This will be a transformative progression only for north Liverpool, but also for the Northern Powerhouse. “
“If we get the plans approved, it will be a world-class football stadium in an iconic location and a key detail of the city, city dominance and the UK’s post-19 recovery plan. “
The next step is for Liverpool City Council to review and process the modified progression request before beginning its formal public consultation period.
