“Having said that, we don’t have €90m (£81m) on the table and in any case, it takes two to separate.”

Everton have offered Cenk Tosun to Besiktas, Galatasaray and Fenerbahce as they look to offload the striker report Fotospor, cited by Sport Witness.
Unwanted at Goodison and with Euro 2020 on the horizon, the striker is reportedly keen on a return to Turkey as long as he continues to receive the wages he currently earns with the Blues.
The report adds Besiktas have asked to hold talks with him and could look to re-sign Tosun on loan.
Napoli’s president Aurelio De Laurentiis has officially set Kalidou Koulibaly’s price, insisting the centre-back will not leave for less than £81m.
The Senegal international has been linked with a host of Premier League clubs, including Everton.
The Serie A side are open to a sale, but not on the cheap, with the Napoli chief confirming his side’s stance on Sky Italia, cited by the Metro.
“Kalidou is a wonderful person and of course it’d be sad to lose him. Everything has a time and a place, even when it comes to going our separate ways.
“Having said that, we don’t have €90m (£81m) on the table and in any case, it takes two to separate.”
Everton have reportedly bid £18m for Sergio Reguilon according to Sky Sports.
The 23-year-old left-back spent last year on loan at Sevilla from Real Madrid and was voted the best left-back in La Liga last season.
Madrid reportedly need to raise funds and while they rate Reguilon highly, would be willing to move him on with Carlo Ancelotti currently in the market for a replacement for the retired Leighton Baines.
Sevilla remain keen to take Reguilon on loan for another season but Sky’s report suggests Everton have moved ahead of at least three other Premier League clubs by bidding for the defender.
Construction work will not commence on Everton’s proposed stadium site at Bramley-Moore Dock this weekend.
A report shared on social media from Glenigan suggested that work on the waterfront area would begin on August 1 and run for approximately three years.
The company provide up-to-date information on construction projects across the UK to aid various suppliers and other business opportunities.
But it has been confirmed no construction work on the site will take place until determination of planning application on the project is secured, which is stillexpected later this year.

Everton are still interested in signing Everton Soares according to reports in Portugal.
Portuguese newspaper A Bola, cited by Sport Witness, claim Benfica are trying to sign the forward from Gremio.
However, they report that Eagles would have to see off interest from Everton after they ‘joined the race’ for his signature.
The report does suggest Benfica lead the chase however, with Gremio reportedly hoping to bring in £25m by selling the winger.
Everton and West Ham are both reportedly in discussions with Barcelona over a move for Martin Braithwaite.
According to Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo, cited by the Boot Room, the 29-year-old is expected to leave Camp Nou this summer despite only join the Catalans in February.
The report suggests a return to the Premier League is most likely for the former Middlesbrough man, with the Blues and West Ham leading the chase for his signature ahead of a number of La Liga sides, with a £16m fee believed to be enough to sign him.

Could the Serie A side now need to offload Allan to fund the move?
What an inspiration this lad is.
Please share this if you can, Blues.
And so it begins…?!
The battle for Gabriel is on with his representatives claimed to be in the UK for talks with two Premier League sides, Alan Myers has reported.
Man United along with Everton are claimed to be interested in acquiring the Lille defender.
The project to get fans back into sporting venues has been placed on hold.
This is as Dan Roan reports a huge blow for the sporting industry but of course people’s health and safety is paramount.
As mentioned earlier Everton have been linked, albeit loosely, with a move for Solly March.
The Brighton man has fallen out of favour down on the South Coast but did impress in the Premier League at one time or another.
Would you take him on at Goodison Park if the price was right?
Everton have been handed a potential boost in their chase for Lille star Gabriel.
The French club have signed a central defender from Ajax by the name of Sven Botman.
This comes according to Alan Myers, and does hint at the possibility that the Ligue 1 outfit’s star man could be on the move with a replacement seemingly in the bag.
Leeds United are hoping to beat Everton to the signing of Leganes star Jose Campana reports suggest.
El Desmarque, cited here, say the Blues are among a host of English clubs including Arsenal eyeing a move for the ex-Crystal Palace man.
Though it is also claimed Campana is himself keen on staying put in Spain with his former team Sevilla said to be his dream destination.
This playmaker had a brief stint at Selhurst Park as a youngster but failed to make an impact in England.
By this report it doesn’t sound like he is keen on returning either.
Wishing all those celebrating around the world a very happy Eid al-Adha.
Everton are claimed to be among the clubs tracking Brighton star Solly March.
According to 90min, the 26-year-old is attracting interest from the Blues as well as Premier League rivals Newcastle and Leeds.
The Seagulls are said to be keen on wrapping up a new deal with March, but if they are unable to persuade him it is going to cost a reported £15m to secure his services.
Here’s a concise article telling you all what is going on with the Blues this fine Friday morning.
Leeds United are looking to sign Fabian Delph from Everton reports have suggested.
The Daily Star claim Marcelo Bielsa is keen on adding some Premier League experience to his roster ahead of the new season – with Delph said to be on his wanted list.
Delph started out at Elland Road which is thought could make a return to Yorkshire an attractive proposition.
The England international joined the Blues last summer from Manchester City but has featured just 16 times in the league after injury struggles.
Leeds are also said to be plotting a swoop for Danny Rose. Another player who began his career at the club.
Tottenham are still looking to steal the march on Everton when it comes to Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
Jose Mourinho’s side are in the hunt for the Southampton midfielder says Fabrizio Romano.
This must have been surreal for the lad.
Reports are suggesting Everton have made a bid for Lille defender Gabriel Magalhaes.
With the Naples based outfit said to be unable to better the offer.
Carlo Ancelotti is in need of defensive reinforcements this summer and is said to admire the Ligue 1 star, but whether a bid has been made remains speculation at this time.
Since Djibril Sidibe has now departed the club – who could Everton look to in right-back position?
We’ve taken a look at some options.
This transfer window presents a number of issues for Carlo Ancelotti to address key areas of the pitch.
A poor end to the 2019/20 campaign with defeat to relegated Bournemouth showed just how much work needs to be done by Everton’s recruitment team this summer.
While there are several areas that need strengthening, the right-back position is one that should be near the top of Ancelotti’s transfer priority list. Djibril Sidibe recently returned to parent club Monaco and it appears likely the Blues won’t sign him on a permanent basis.
The Frenchman registered some impressive performances during his season-long loan spell at Goodison Park with added attacking intent, but perhaps lacked the defensive qualities Ancelotti is looking for.
