The site of the new everton-proposed stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock was examined on Wednesday.
Everton and contractors Laing O’Rouke are developing a detailed design and delivery program that will require survey paints during the process.
This may come with activities in Bramley-Moore before a resolution is taken on the proposed plan, submitted in December, does not involve any structure work.
Danny Marsh, Planit-IE’s senior landscape architect, shared several photographs of the survey on social media, adding: “I spent a morning at Bramley Moore Dock with Liverpool Council and Everton.
“What a setting and what a lovely climate.”

The People’s Project, the club’s initiative, bids to build a new stadium and expand a community-led legated assignment at Goodison Park, responded and quoted the initial tweet with the images.
The tale read: “One day for thisArray … Inspection paintings are currently being carried out at Bramley-Moore Dock.”
The combined authority of the Liverpool city region last month its post-COVID-19 economic recovery plan, with Bramley-Moore as one of the key points.
The report states that the construction of the new Everton Stadium will be “in the order of 500 million pounds” and confirms that “final negotiations are underway” with investors to finance the project.
Everton is expected to obtain approval of the drafting plans, however, no structure will take position until the resolution is maintained with the resolution scheduled for the fall.
