You may not be the only one if you sign for Everton this week.
Everton is making adjustments to the new stadium design proposed by the club.
The Blues must officially submit the adjustments next month and Liverpool City Council is expected to do so in December.
And if permission is granted to make plans, Everton hopes to start painting at Bramley-Moore Pier in early 2021.
The main adjustments are made in the West Stand of the 52888 new houses proposed through the club and include:
Multi-story car parking is removed and a ladder seat is added
The West Quay will now become the car park with spaces for disabled enthusiasts, as proposed at the time stage of public consultation.
The solar panels in West Quay have now moved to the roof of the stadium.
The brick facade has been simplified to make Archibald Leitch’s lattice patterns more striking in masonry.
There will be a slight relief on the roof of the stadium to comply with Liverpool City Hall rules on World Heritage sites.
The club anticipates that adjustments will result in new prices for the project, which would have been estimated at a bill of 500 million pounds.
Everton showed that it was not required to submit a new request for drafting plans in its entirety, but instead the Commission only requested the amendments.
Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton is looking to begin and another summer is underway in Goodison Park.
Marcel Brands will be a busy guy as he looks at Everton’s team in the movement window.

Adjustments occurred after the Blues responded to a number of local government questions related to the plan-making request, reported through statutory consultants.
In a letter sent to fans this afternoon, the club’s stadium progression director, Colin Chong, wrote: “This new local consultation, as well as some facets of the allocation with respect to third parties that have slowed down slightly due to the effect of COVID -19, means that, subject to approval of the plans for the development and completion of our investment systems , it is very likely that the paintings will be able to start on site in early 2021. “
He added: “While we fully respect the organizations that make those objections and the reasons why they do so, we firmly have that this progression is an important economic and social catalyst for the north of the town at a time when it has never been more necessary, at the same time celebrating and highlighting the heritage of the site and its surroundings. »
The presentation of stadium settings next month will be followed by a 28-day public consultation organized through the Council.
