Exclusive: Leicester spins to beat Everton to Brazil firm after 30 million pound offer

Leicester City is a movement for Turin’s central defender Gleison Bremer, Football Insider can reveal it exclusively.

Brendan Rodgers to point to a mid-centre before the October 5 move-in deadline with ongoing talks on agreements with St Etienne’s Wesley Fofana and Burnley’s James Tarkowski.

A at King Power Stadium told Football Insider that the Foxes had now turned their attention to Bremer, 23, after getting frustrated in their attempts to point to Fofana and Tarkowski.

Bremer is also a target for Everton, as the Merseyside club faces a difficult war to secure a loan deal for Chelsea’s Fikayo Tomori before 5 October.

Turin’s defender has a three-year contract left in Italy and is open to a Premier League pass.

Last season, the Brazilian scored five goals in 35 appearances to secure Torino’s relegation at the end of the 2019/20 season.

Bremer’s resolution comes after the online page revealed Tuesday that an agreement for Fofana nearly collapsed after Saint-Etienne was infuriated by Leicester’s recruitment tactics.

Fofana, in an interview with the French media, said he had agreed to non-public terms with the Premier League club, but Saint-Etienne refused to give in to his 19-year-old player’s 25 million pound rating.

Football Insider would possibly reveal that foxes have also submitted a top bid of just over 30 million pounds for England’s foreign Tarkowski, but like St Etienne, Burnley expects higher rates.

Although the club has lost hope of signing Tarkowski, it pursues goals of choice with Bremer in its list of finalists.

Brendan Rodgers’ two recruits come from Serie A: Timothy Castagne has signed a five-year contract with Atalanta and Cengiz Under that comes in a ready-to-buy deal with AS Roma.

In other Leicester City news, it will possibly be REVEALED that the door has opened for the Spurs to point the Foxes forward.
