Bournemouth to sign a permanent agreement with Tottenham defender Cameron Carter-Vickers before the national deadline may exclusively reveal Football Insider.
The championship team held talks last month about a loan to the 22-year-old American central defender, who is seeking as a defensive forward of the new season.
A source of hiring has told Football Insider that Bournemouth is in favor of a permanent deal for Carter-Vickers.
Tottenham between 2. 5 and 3 million pounds for Carter-Vickers, who is out of contract at the end of the season.
He said to find a new club before the window closed at 5 p. m. on Friday.
Carter-Vickers has been touted as concerned in an agreement of more players for Tottenham’s main defensive goal, Joe Rodon.
As revealed today, several Tottenham players may still be included to force a possible 15 million pound deal on the line until Friday’s deadline at 5 p. m.
But Carter-Vickers is probably not one of them, as Swansea is in talks to point out City defender Joel Latibeaudiere on loan to upgrade Rodon.
Carter-Vickers is highly regarded by league clubs despite making only four senior appearances with the Spurs.
Tottenham would prefer to remove the flexible defender, who has a contract that runs until the summer of 2021, from his payroll with a full-time move.
Carter-Vickers joined Luton on loan in January and a huge success after falling out of control at Stoke City, where he spent the first part of last season.
He had spent the last two seasons in Swansea City, Ipswich Town and Sheffield United.
In other news, there has been a wonderful turn of Manchester City in the pursuit of Tottenham’s defence, as discussions succeed at a complex stage.
