Tottenham have a resolution to change the immediate future of striker Jamie Donley, with several Football League clubs waiting to hear if he will be loaned out, sources have told TEAMtalk.
Donley, 18, has been on the bench for Spurs, Liverpool and Wolves this season and is considered one of the club’s brightest prospects.
But the staff will have to decide whether to keep him in their senior squad in the new year or if now is the time to open up and enjoy himself at some other club.
Donley is a popular figure at Spurs and there is a strong belief that he has what it takes to make the grade. He has been part of the club since Under-8s level, giving him a Harry Kane-style narrative to be inspired by.
Ange Postecoglou has been impressed by him in first team sessions yet there are conversations to be had around potential benefits of a loan move.

Opportunities may open up for League One clubs bringing in Charlton and Leyton Orient, but a transparent resolution over their long-term has yet to be reached.
