As football draft day approaches, everyone is looking for that rough diamond that can catapult them into a championship.
One of the keys to building a winning list is threat management. Too little and you end up with a boring team that ends up in the middle of the platoon. Too much and may end up with key players with low or injured performance.

Here are some of the riskiest players this season in position. Be very careful if you are thinking of writing them. They may only help you earn a name, but they can also ruin your name dreams. (Average knowledge of allocation position through NFFC as of August 18)
Kyler Murray, Arizona Cardinals (ADP: 55): No genuine improvement in the off-season of the offensive line, plus a questionable backfield and high-altitude expectations save him from making Murray one of the 3 most sensitive QBs.
Kenyan Drake, Arizona Cardinals (ADP: 13): A microscopic, if impressive, component of elite production will have to be questioned. Especially with a first circular to the limit.
Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers (ADP: 55): The Chargers move to a radically different formula in attack, led by a coordinator for the first time. With a mediocre partner or rookie quarterback under the center, this will have to have an effect on Allen’s PPR numbers.
Rob Gronkowski, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (ADP: 125): Your year off goes both ways. What happens if your 43-year-old QB collapses? The Bucs formula has been TE compliant in the past.
Josh Lambo, Jacksonville Jaguars (ADP: 251): An increase in the effects of offensive scoring prowess on fewer cash purpose opportunities.
New England Patriots (ADP: 178): A ton of key workers rotates this low season. Last year’s calendar was ridiculously easy, and the Pats fought the tough competition.
