Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Gardner Minshew is precisely a call in the minds of Fantasy Football’s top managers.
Anyone who is thirsty can simply replace their mind.
Bud Light announced Tuesday that anyone who chooses Minshew on the first circular of their football draft will have a chance to compete to win a beer case. And any team that wins its league championship with Minshew as a beginner quarterback will have a chance to win a Bud Light season.
Managers can enter the contest by taking a screenshot of the first selection of their minshew fantasy draft and posting it on social media with the hashtag #BudLightMinshewDraft and #Sweepstakes.

“After the stats I put in position last season, I deserve to get caught up in the first circular of every single single fantasy football draft,” Minshew said in a press release. “But now that Bud Light has a chance to make cash for beer if you decide on meArray … there will be many satisfied general managers this season.”
While Minshew posted fake numbers in his rookie season, when he won the rookie quarterback for the Jaguars, it can be difficult to invest a first-round selection in the 24-year-old. Because of their use, media outlets such as Christian McCaffrey of the Panthers, Ezekiel Elliott of the Cowboys and Saquon Barkley of the Giants are sometimes the favorites in the leagues. He is sometimes followed by high-volume receivers such as Michael Thomas of the Saints, DeAndre Hopkins of the Cardinals and Julio Jones of the Falcons.
In ESPN’s Fantasy Football Leagues, Minshew made up his way to an average position in the 168 draft. By comparison, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes made up 15.6, while current league MVP Lamar Jackson of the Ravens is 16.9.
In 14 games last season, Minshew finished 60.6% of his passes for 3,271 yards and 21 touchdowns with six interceptions. On the ground, Minshew ran the ball 67 times for 344 yards.
