A new Virtual Pro era?
While Ultimate Team gets some attention, there are some (slightly older) modes in EA Sports FC that deserve our attention as well.
Of course, there’s Career mode, but not Clubs mode.
Known as Pro Clubs in previous FIFA games, it allows you to create your own player and club, and is a fan favorite.
There have been some worrying rumors lately, but we’re relieved to announce that the mode will return for FC 25. But there will be some changes.
Curious? Let’s see.
We will start by pointing out that these rumors were absolutely false. Clubs will return to EA FC 25.
Most of the noise came from TikTok, with captions claiming that there wouldn’t be a Clubs mode in EA FC 25.
The logic in those videos was that the clubs didn’t make money like Ultimate Team does, so they had to be canceled, or something like that.

Either way, none of them were true. Because fashion will return. But what will it look like?
There will be some adjustments to Clubs mode, so we’ll break it down into sections. And let’s start with the one that affects the entire game.
Rush is a cool new five-by-five game that’s also available in Career mode, among others. If you win, you’ll get Rush Points and, in all likelihood, fantastic gifts!

Instead of a menu, at FC 25, enjoy the visual delight of an authentic club space. Each time you load the mode, you’ll be redirected to the space itself, where your players will relax.

This one is exciting, especially for us nerdy RPG fans. Your club manager can allocate a budget to facility cards, which will improve other things for the club. A weight room, for example, will increase your player’s strength.
The more the club grows, the more the budget increases!
As a reaction to popular demand, relegation will return to Club mode.
If you lose that many games, the next one could be a relegation battle. If you lose it, you will be sent to a division. We don’t know why enthusiasts sought to recover it. . . it adds a bit of danger, we suppose!
And those are all the changes that we are aware of that will come to the Clubs. If EA announces anything else, we’ll be sure to update this page!
