Eagles defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz said this week that he had a “hatless rule” when he came here to allow Washington to celebrate a department name at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday night.
They might have that rule in place, but they lack players to apply it. The Eagles excluded nine players from their most recent injury report of the week.
Fletcher Cox’s defensive take is one of the players. Cox left last Sunday’s game with a neck injury and never trained this week.
Defensive finisher Derek Barnett (calf), supporter Shawn Bradley (neck) and supporter Duke Riley (biceps) are also in defence. Security Jalen Mills will also miss the game after being placed on the reserve list / COVID-19.
Offensive runner Miles Sanders is one of the offensive players who would possibly not play. He injured his knee in Practice on Thursday and did not paint on Friday.
The Dallas Goedert closed wing (calf), open receiver DeSean Jackson (ankle), face Jordan Mailata (brain concussion) and tight end Richard Rodgers (ankle) summarizes the organization of the missing players on Sunday night.
