With a network of network partners and allies, Football UNITES works as a collective to focus on relationships, sell understanding and experience culture in tactics that cause positive change. .
Cultural Tours Presented Through Baptist Health
Football UNITES cultural tours are an opportunity for local youth to experience other South Florida cultures. Groups stop at a Miami-Dade or Broward location to participate in conversations about diversity and inclusion and a day of cultural immersion. Miami Dolphins players, cheerleaders and staff are also invited to sign up for students.
Launch through Pepsi
The start of Football UNITES is the annual assembly with all the spouse and partner organisations in the network. Held at Hard Rock Stadium, this assembly serves as an opportunity for networking, an annual report, and a show to spouses and network work.
CAPTAINS via Pepsi
The Miami Dolphins Football UNITES Captains program provided through Pepsi brings together the school’s top students for two days of inclusive learning experience. Students participate in diversity workshops and provide information on solving social challenges.
Group up for the holidays
Huddle for the Holidays presented through Truist is an initiative of Football UNITS that celebrates and highlights the other cultural intersections within the South Florida community. In partnership with Truist, Football UNITES produces events, content, branded products and special mentions to recognise culturally significant historical dates and holidays of the year.
Community reaches out through Space Coast Credit Union
Community elevators allow teams of youth to attend Dolphins home games, have camaraderie and participate in organizational activities designed to break down barriers and build relationships. Tailgates also include pre-game dining, fun, and possible appearances by Dolphins alumni and cheerleaders.

Miami Dolphins players reveal their passions beyond the game and wear their hearts on their feet with My Cause My Cleats. Players have the opportunity to support a cause they care about and organize their selection with custom-designed boots.
