Dejan Lovren has added more silverware to his 2020 season, winning the Russian Super Cup final on his debut for Zenit St Petersburg.
The defender left Liverpool after six years on Merseyside this summer, jetting off to Russia with a Premier League winner’s medal around his neck.
The £10m signing was thrown straight into the deep end on Friday, starting at the back as Zenit secured glory with a 2-1 victory over Lokomotiv Moscow.
