Anel Ahmedhodzic is said to have generated a lot with his performances for Malmo
Former Nottingham Forest youth Anel Ahmedhodzic has made waves with his performances in Sweden, and would have piqued interest in the process.
The 21-year-old left the City Ground for Malmo in January 2019 and is a key player for the Swedish club.
Earlier this month, Premier League giants Chelsea had said so on their radar, and now “their profile has ended up on the list” of AC Milan, too, for Calciomercato.
Ahmedhodzic played once for the Reds’ first team, when he came from the bench in a 3–1 loss to Newcastle United in December 2016.
But he flourished in Malmo, making 30 appearances and scoring twice in a successful season.
They say they put it at a price of 10 million euros, and while it is said that it “doesn’t have the option to leave” right now, Calciomercato says it’s “just a matter of time,” suggesting that a move to Italy may be an optionArray
Expressen adds that PSV Eindhoven also saw the midfielder, but an interview suggests he is distracted by speculation.
He told the Swedish medium: “He’s helping me positively.
“It reassures me to know that I have those clubs behind me.
“I’ll be attractive if I play well, especially for Malmo, which is such a big club.
