Frank Lampard explains where Mason Mount can go at Chelsea FC

England have earned many accolades for their recent performances with the Blues this season and scored the winning goal in a 1-0 win over Fulham in the Premier League this weekend.

The 22-year-old has been a regular player on the Chelsea FC team so far this season, and has 16 of the Blues’ 18 games on the most sensible flight this season.

However, Mount has managed to score only 3 goals in all competitions with Chelsea FC this season as he seeks to strengthen his influence on Lampard.

Blues boss Lampard believes Mount has what it takes for his form in the face of a purpose and sticks to his steps along the way to adapt to a key Chelsea FC player.

In an interview cited through the Chelsea FC website, Lampard said: “It’s a verbal exchange that I have a lot with Mason.

“You can get more goals in midfield. They gave it to me in the Derby that year, but even then there’s a feeling between him and me that he might have more.

”I’m with him about it because it was obviously a wonderful thing in my game.

“As I mentioned earlier, my serious purpose at Chelsea came here when I was 25, 26. I’m not looking to measure Mason as opposed to me, but I sense it’s not easy to achieve so many normal purposes.

“Being in the overall game and having two or three opportunities for yourself will come with progression and work.

“He will score many more goals. By the time he turns 24, he will succeed at the peak of his career, I would like to think that Mason Mount will be a player of the highest point in each and every sense and will have at least 10 goals, perhaps 15, a season in it.

“The wonderful thing is that I know he knows it and he knows it, so it will happen. “

Mount hopes to start with Chelsea FC when the Blues return to the Premier League with Leicester City on Tuesday night.

After that, Chelsea FC will receive Luton Town in the fourth MATCH of the FA Cup on Sunday 24 January.
