Full loan signing from Ireland’s Celtic | football

Celtic have signed Republic of Ireland striker Adam Idah from Norwich City for the rest of the campaign.

The 22-year-old is the Hoops’ signing in a frustrating January window after Nicolas Kühn.

However, local Norfolk media claim that the deal includes a permanent takeover option.

Ironically, the Canaries are targeting the Irishman with Celtic’s long-time target, Sydney van Hooijdonk, son of former Hoops striker Pierre.

He’s expected to come to Carrow Road through a loan agreement that includes an option to make the move permanent.
