Saturday’s relay waiver requests to 53 players are ongoing and the Giants are guilty of 3 of them.
The new members of the club are Jackson Barton, protection Adrian Colbert and receiver Damion Ratley.Barton and Colbert were released through the Chiefs, while Ratley is a former member of the Browns.
Colbert played for Giants defensive coordinator Patrick Graham in Miami last season; update Xavier McKinney, who will likely head to the injured reserve with a damaged foot; linebacker David Mayo is another RI candidate and the Giants will have to.open somewhere else on the list.
Barton played in the seventh round of the Colts last year and the Chiefs took him off Indy’s practice team.He didn’t see any action games for Kansas City.
Ratley had 25 receptions for 344 yards and a landing in 26 for the Browns.
The Giants and Panthers tied as the league’s most sensible with 3 claims, the five most sensible in each of the last two seasons and the most productive team in the resignation order (Arizona in 2019 and Cleveland in 2018) that had number.
