Project to be completed next May

Graham has signed an agreement for the construction of a new studio and complex in Manchester.

The e-commerce company THG has selected the company to design its Studios and Offices Icon in Airport City, Manchester.

The company will create 376,000 square feet of work and study area on the 12-acre enterprise campus.

Airport City Manchester’s overall progression is approximately five million square feet, with an overall progression price of one billion pounds. It consists of offices, complex production and logistics facilities, as well as hotels and shops.

THG will be the occupant of this development, with the study of content creation at the center of development.

Designed through Penson, the program begins this month and is expected to be delivered in May 2021.

The extended assignment team includes Edmond Shipway as an employer agent and consultant, Think as an in-house designer, and WSP, who are MEP, Fire, Structure, and Acoustic consultants.

Graham has been running through Pennines lately in Leeds for the new headquarters of the Leeds Building Society in the city.
