The 27-year-old Spurs star remained at the North London club after winning a trophy since the 2007–08 League Cup.

As Kane enters his great years, Hoddle has joined an organization of fellow experts saying it’s now or never for Spurs as the forward is fit to leave next summer.
Last season, Kane gave a non-binding when asked about his future.

“I think Son (Heung-min) is the one who needs to win anything for Tottenham.
“There are many players who have worked to build Tottenham for the past 4 or five years.
“They reached the top of the Champions League, but won nothing.
“They have nothing to show for the paintings that have been made and it’s a decisive season for them. “
Last season, Tim Sherwood and Dimitar Berbatov warned of a similar fate for Kane if the Spurs were free of trophies.
Sherwood told beIN Sports: “[Kane] has to win something. So I think it’ll give you some time, actually next season.
“The end of this season and the next and see if they can come close to winning something. And if they don’t, then he is leaving. “
Berbatov said in the past: “You see other teammates you play with in the national team and they win trophies.
“You’re jealous, in a smart way. It’s like, ‘I need to be a component of this. “
