Manchester United has ignored several recommendations to point to Christian Pulisic, according to former scout Jorge Alvial.
Alvial says Pulisic was one of the first two players to suggest United to mark his two-and-a-half years as a club nominee, having had a similar role as International Scout of the Americas at Chelsea for nine years.
