Tottenham left back Sergio Reguilón sang the praises of José Mourinho in an interview with the Spanish medium El Chiringuito TV.
Reguilón signed for the Spurs in the window of summer moves with his partner at Real Madrid Gareth Bale. Although his arrival was overshadowed by the return of the Welsh, Reguilón probably enjoyed a better start in his time with José Mourinho.
The 23-year-old has been one of Tottenham’s star players this quarter, with his on the left channel being a key asset in Mourinho’s attack.
Reguilon has now talked about how much he enjoys running with Mourinho, a coach he wanted to be under command.
The Spaniard is quoted through El Chiringuito TV saying:
“Mourinho inspired me very much. Since I was a kid I like it a lot, I like its intensity in training. I wish others would see it the way I see it now. He’s the first to be serious and ask us more. “However, when it comes time to have fun, he is also the first. “
