Super Eagles defender Chidozie Awaziem has set his appeal in the impressive 2020/2021 season after completing a season transfer from Portuguese champion FC Porto to Boavista, AOIFootball. com.
The 23-year-old recently returned on loan to the Spanish team, Leganés, where he spent the entire 2019/2020 season and now hopes to even make the last crusade with his new team.
“I am satisfied and excited to sign up for Boavista; it’s a new challenge and I hope to have a glorious season,” Awaziem said.
Two years after his current contract with the parent club Porto, Boavista’s new number five hopes to show his price to his original employers in the Portuguese Primeira Liga.
The flexible defender joined in the summer of 2015, but was unable to maintain a permanent jersey at the club, and earned credit for successful loans to Nantes in France, Caykur Rizespor in Turkey and recently to Leganés in Spain.
