With Man United and Chelsea probably circling and hoping to see if Aaron Ramsey is interested in a Premier League change, any of the Premier League clubs will be disappointed to learn that he is perfectly satisfied with Juventus.
Just two weeks ago, CaughtOffside learned that the Bianconeri were not seeking to dispense with the former Arsenal player and that the emotions were mutual.
Now, an Italian sports journalist, Gianluca di Marzio, his official website, cites Ramsey as excited about Andrea Pirlo’s early long-term career.
“We have a new coach, a new squad, new and we, the players, are very busy with that,” the midfielder said.
“I think the difference is that there’s a lot of fun: education sessions are complicated, but they gave us wonderful satisfaction, and that explanation is why we started on the right foot.
“Now we’ll have to keep building the equipment. Juventus have been full of wonderful players and this team has many of them.
“Everyone has a role and the chance to play and I’m sure everyone will team up to achieve the goals.
“I am very satisfied with this opportunity and the opportunity to play with those who have a lot of quality. “
Although discussions to return to the Premier League have not progressed anyway, it turns out that there has never been any hope of such a move.
Although the most sensible English flight is a league he knows well, Ramsey is well established and plays well in Italy.
It will be 30 years until the end of the year and possibly a great long-term payday as it enters the final era of what has been a successful career for the Welshman.
For now, however, it’s not in the letters.
