Inter have their mind set on Anthony Martial

Anthony Martial is coming to a somber end to his Manchester United adventure. Injured in December, he has still returned to the pitch and is obviously compatible with the plans of his coach Erik ten Hag. Above all, he will be out of contract. Next June, and you can expect a minimum of playing time between now and then. That hasn’t stopped some clubs from taking an interest in the 28-year-old French striker.

La Gazzetta dello Sport explains that Inter Milan are thinking about signing Martial this summer, attracted by his prestige as a free agent. It should be remembered that Inter specialise in this type of €0 signing, as evidenced by the already sealed arrival of Porto’s Iranian striker, Mehdi Taremi. Martial would complete the Nerazzurri’s attacking sector, replacing the untouchable pairing of Lautaro and Thuram. The Italian newspaper mentions other interests in the Frenchman, coming from Fenerbahçe and two French “first category” clubs.
