Inter Milan youth winger travels to Switzerland after contract extension

Fresh off a contract renewal, Inter Milan youngster Mattia Zanotti could temporarily sign for St. Milan. Gallen.

The 20-year-old has his career in the youth sector of Brescia. In 2017, he approached the Nerazzurri.

Since then, he has evolved his game and is hoping to one day join the first team.

But in the meantime, the winger still wants to fine-tune his equipment before returning to base.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport FcInterNews, Zanotti could move on loan from Inter Milan to St. Milan. This would allow the Italian to play among the professionals of the Swiss Super League.

As the source explains, the Italian under-20 foreigner has agreed a contract renewal with the Nerazzurri. It is an intention of the club, which foresees a long and brilliant career for the right-back.

This season, Zanotti has made 11 appearances for Inter U19 in the Primavera 1 league. However, Simone Inzaghi also gave him the opportunity to play for the senior team on some occasions.

The youngster made his Serie A debut in the 2–0 win over Lecce, his cameo lasting just one minute.

However, he was given 25 minutes of playing time at the Bentegodi as the Nerazzurri entrenched Hellas Verona with six goals unanswered.
