Red Bull have shown that they are investigating an allegation of irrelevant behaviour against Christian Horner through a colleague.
As widely reported through European media, parent company Red Bull has hired outside investigators to lead the investigation. Horner, 50, the boss of the energy drink giant’s main Formula One team, denies the allegation.
A statement from the parent company read: “After being made aware of certain recent allegations, the company launched an independent investigation. This process, which is already underway, is being carried out by an external specialist barrister.
“The company takes these matters extremely seriously and the investigation will be completed as soon as practically possible. It would not be appropriate to comment further at this time.”
Regarding the allegations, Horner told Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf that he “completely denies” the allegations. Mirror Sport has reached out to Red Bull Racing for comment.
Horner has been team principal of the F1 team since it was bought by the Red Bull parent company ahead of the 2005 season. He is married to former Spice Girl Geri Horner, having tied the knot in May 2015.
The investigation comes just weeks before Red Bull Racing’s new defense of its F1 name begins. Max Verstappen and his team head into the 2024 campaign as heavy favorites to dominate either championship until the end of the year.

It remains to be seen how well their new RB20 car will be compared to the rivals created by their rivals over the winter. But Formula E champion Jake Dennis, who tested the Red Bull car in a simulator, warned others that the Milton Keynes-based team had created a formidable machine.
He told the Mirror: “We have an incredibly fast racing car at Red Bull. I would expect us to be champions again, unless someone like Ferrari or Mercedes manages to gain about a moment [per lap] overnight. I think that’s the case. ” “. It’s going to be a boring season in Formula 1, with Max probably dominating.
