‘It has potential’: Mateo Kovacic talks about Chelsea FC’s summer signing, Kai Havertz

Germany settled on Stamford Bridge after signing for Bayer Leverkusen in west London in the summer removal window.

“It has enormous potential. He’s such a sublime player. You just want to be informed to play in the Premier League, that’s all.

“It’s a tough league with a huge rhythm, and it’s going to get used to it. Match after game, it gets better, so I’m not afraid for Kai.

Havertz hopes to play for Chelsea FC when the Blues return to action with a home clash against Manchester City at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
