Palmeiras manager Gulson Kleina believes Jorge Valdivia’s big moment has come even though it all came, as the midfielder has struggled to make a difference so far.
The Chilean shone in an attack opposite the Portuguese this week, impressing Palmeiras manager Gulson Kleina.
The manager talked about Valdivia’s performance, told UOL: “Your time has come in Palmeiras.
Its functionality in the practice setting represents the nickname you have (magician), you care directly about goals, your games have been exceeded, it is technically brilliant.
Kleina added: “We have done a very detailed job and the effects are visible, Valdivia is more powerful and safer.
We will do a special task to your physical condition, but without preventing you from training, you are a special player because of the injuries you have.
The next Palmeiras game will be played on July 6 against the West, at the moment of the Brazilian national division.
