MTSU win: Jacksonville State Football comes back strong to beat Middle Tennessee State as Sean Brown shines
Freedom is the biggest obstacle the state of Jacksonville has ever faced. The Carolina coastline is strong, no disrespect, but Liberty’s elegance at this point for years before joining the CUSA this season. The Gamecocks can’t win CUSA this season, but beating Liberty would be a sign. that Jax State is in a position to compete in the coming years. Outside of perhaps Western Kentucky, which the Gamecocks will host next week, Liberty is the most productive fire control for this Gamecocks team.
Liberty’s offense ranks 22nd nationally, scoring more than 36 points per game, and the 18th-ranked defense is consistent with committing around 16 points per game. Jacksonville State is listed on the NCAA’s statistical leaders website, but is about to score 30 problems and consistent with admitting 17 problems consistent with the game.
Both love to run the ball, with Liberty being one of the few to do more in the box than Jacksonville State, averaging more than 250 yards per game and 5. 7 yards per carry, more than the Gamecocks’ 211 yards and 4. 6 yards. by transport.
Salter averaged only about three hundred total yards per game and 3. 6 touchdowns, one of the main reasons Liberty’s offense soared. It poses a double risk with an average of 235 meters in the air and 60 meters on the ground.
Max Pick (2-2): Jacksonville State 35, Liberty 24; Jax State has surprised everyone this year and with the offense (with either quarterback), it would be so unexpected if they beat the Liberty, at home with a shutout at JSU Stadium.
