Jadon Sancho apologises after finally ending Man Utd nightmare with loan transfer move to Borussia Dortmund

JADON SANCHO, however, has apologised after his return to Borussia Dortmund, although not to Erik ten Hag.

The 23-year-old will finish the rest of the season with the Bundesliga giants, on loan from Manchester United to end his exile at Old Trafford.

Dortmund have paid around £3m for the deal, which could rise to £3.4m if certain performance-based clauses are met, with the Red Devils reportedly paying £100,000 of his weekly £290k salary while he is in Germany.

However, there is believed to be no option to buy included with the England international remaining under contract at United until 2026.

Sancho, who received a warm welcome in Dortmund before angering United fans with the first thing he did after sealing the transfer, was sent off after a clash that began when he was left off the team in September’s 3-1 loss to Arsenal.

Boss Ten Hag said his training was not up to standard when quizzed on his absence afterwards, but Sancho posted on social media in response: “I will not allow people saying things that are completely untrue, I conducted myself in training very well this week.”

Although the England ace, whose last cap was two years ago, deleted the post, Ten Hag demanded an apology that never came.

Sancho has been excluded from United’s WhatsApp organization after being banned from education with the senior team or any of its facilities in the past, the canteen added.

Both staff and team-mates urged Sancho — who joined United from Borussia Dortmund for £73m in July 2021 — to back down but he refused.

But the striker caused a stir on social media after signing for the team where he spent four years and where he scored 50 goals in 137 games on Thursday.

A video of Sancho has now gone viral that shows the star saying “sorry” TWICE in a matter of seconds.

The clip posted via Dortmund and shows him visiting his educational headquarters and passing part of his medical exam.

Sancho, who is seen walking past a clock that reads 11:41 p. m. , is filmed on a training motorcycle when the main topic of discussion came up when he replied to a staff member in the background who said, “Last medical checkup. “

He laughs and says, “I’m sorry guys, I’m sorry. “

And after he refused to apologise to Ten Hag, the video temporarily caught the attention of enthusiasts who brazenly trolled on social media.

“Jadon Sancho really said sorry twice in less than a second. I’m SCREAMING,” wrote one.

Another said, “Making sure ETH can hear it is insane. “

A third commented, “My brother has already learned to apologize. . . If I had learned to say it 3 months ago and none of this would have happened. “

A fourth added: “Sancho apologised twice in three seconds, but he couldn’t apologise to Erik ten Hag. It was deeper than we thought.

While one rival fan joked: “Bro deliberately didn’t apologise for playing in the last 16 of the UCL (UEFA Champions League). “

His former United team-mate Nemanja Matic recently criticised Sancho’s timing, saying the striker is “always late” for training.

And other enthusiasts couldn’t help but laugh at him after watching the clip and hearing his verbal exchange with the Dortmund member.

One of them said, “At the last medical check-up, he went back to the same routine as always. “

As another joked: “Man was late for his medical lmao.”
