Jim Harbaugh’s football situation in Michigan?Don’t play in the state of Ohio

Here’s an undeniable solution that can fix Michigan’s football program:

Jim Harbaugh returned to the NFL, took the New York Jets and recruited Trevor Lawrence of Clemson with the first pick. That would give him a way out and a young quarterback to mold.

Iowa State coach Matt Campbell then takes over Michigan.

Problem solved.

Of course, I will have to admit that this concept poses a negligible problem.

The Jets still have a coach, although no one expects Adam Gase to have it this season, and there’s no guarantee that Campbell, who will actually get calls from NFL franchises this off-season, will leave Iowa State to go to Michigan.

Well. Maybe it’s bigger than a little problem.

What we have here is a huge conundrum, and the harder it lasts for the gluttons, the worse it gets.

The root of it is Harbaugh’s contract.

[Michigan lacks excuses for a disastrous season]

He has a year left on a seven-year contract, and in the midst of a pandemic this season, the gluttons have been horribly charged, Harbaugh’s inventory continues to decline and there is an erosion in confidence that he can fix the show.

Ironically, Harbaugh has struggled to get this season; he’s a football coach, I sense it.

He fulfilled his wish, the Wolverines struggled to start with a 2-4 and that made it harder for Harbaugh to get that extension.

To complicate things, we learned Monday that Michigan is postponing all team activities due to some “allegedly positive” COVID-19 tests.

So it’s even more up in the air.

[I see Jim Harbaugh’s tenure in Michigan football in one of three ways]

While Michigan lost to Penn State on Saturday, ESPN showed a graph that summarized Harbaugh’s tenure in Michigan in callous and irrefutable lines:

Ohio State Record: 0-5.

Michigan State Record: 3-3.

Record vs ranked teams: 11-16.

Record opposite 10 teams: 2-12.

Big Ten Championships: 0.

[Why Michigan’s latest football defeat is the most troubling to date]

Brian Griese, the quarterback of the Michigan national championship team, took a picture of the board and added a scathing rebuke.

“It is too!” Griese wrote and posted on Twitter.

So is it! pic. twitter. com/5DHEmmwLPm

So what does management say?

Crickets.

Because the address is trapped in a dead end.

If an extension is planned, it will be announced at this time because the team has played very poorly on the field.

And it’s hard to believe Harbaugh will be back for the last year of his contract without an extension: a recruiting nightmare for the Wolverines.

At all times it is imaginable that Michigan will give you an extension, a short one. He has a blank show and has won 10 games 3 times. For maximum programs, that would be a success. But an extension would be difficult to sell well. now, given this season’s disaster, even in the event of a pandemic.

Harbaugh embarked on this task as a former wisher, the best solution for the Wolverines and, although he did some smart things, it was not enough for some, as Griese pointed out.

Simply put, if Harbaugh were to go to the NFL, it would be the simplest solution for everyone.

No redemption.

And a start.

Oh, insignificant problem.

Michigan has not yet played Ohio State. Si the Buckeyes are crushing Michigan for the third year in a row, which is very likely, so how can the Wolverines announce an extension after that?

OK, so it’s not that young or so heavy

But the longer it lasts, the worse it gets.

Unless management makes a change.

But it’s a problem.

If you were a more sensible coach, would you settle for Michigan’s position in its current state? When are you going to face the Ohio State heavyweight year?

Now let’s report one last scenario. That’s all I pray doesn’t happen.

Because I don’t need to see you sick.

But for the sake of contemplating scenarios imaginable, create whether the Michigan-Ohio State game cannot be played due to COVID-19.

Having a game canceled due to the virus is out of the question.

In fact, Michigan suspended its activities on Monday.

And the Michigan-Ohio State game can’t be played?

As far-fetched as it may seem, Michigan will most likely beat Ohio State in the field.

Not wasting in the state of Ohio, even due to COVID-19, management may announce an extension.

This is the current state of the program, where the cancellation of the most important game of the year can be the most productive scenario. I don’t think there are many Michigan enthusiasts who would be disappointed if this season ended.

Or to quote Griese again: “That’s enough. “
