Joao Moutinho has suggested Fabio Silva buy the Wolves record so he can talk and look forward to taking care of the club’s young stars.
The midfielder knows Silva can shine in the Premier League and his next chance will arrive on Sunday with a West Ham.
Silva, 18, signed the Wolves record when he joined Porto with a 35 million pound deal this month, while 18-year-old defender Ki-Jana Hoever made a nine million pound move from Liverpool.
