Valencia are close to the back of the Spanish league after only one win in the last seven rounds. Valencia coach Javi Gracia will not be able to attack players Kang-In Lee and Denis Cheryshev on the Eibar scale after testing positive for COVID-19. Valencia will also miss goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen and Spanish defender José Gayo for injury. Eibar is going for the first win in their seventh home game this season. Fiorentina and Genoa are in very bad shape as they face off in a Serie A relegation fight. Fiorentina has scored in their last four league games and lost two to new coach Cesare Prandelli. Genoa has lost their last four Serie A games. Fiorentina is 17th place, two numbers above the relegation zone and 3 above Genoa.
Germany
Hoffenheim receives Augsburg in a meeting of two teams seeking to regain their brilliant form at the beginning of the season. In September, in the two-day area, Augsburg beat Borussia Dortmund 2-0 and Hoffenheim demolished Bayern Munich 4-1 to finish with European champion ’32 matches without defeat. Since then, neither of us has fought. Any impulse Hoffenheim might have interrupted when the coronavirus outbreaks left out the players in shape. He has not won a Bundesliga match since then and is now ranked 13th. Augsburg is 10th and has won only one of his last seven league games.
