Malone signed with the Jets’ active roster on Tuesday, according to official reports from the team, Ethan Greenberg.
Malone has recovered between the practice squad and the active list, but will remain for now with Breshad Perriman (ankle), Jamison Crowder (corva tendon) and Chris Hogan (ribs), all suffering injuries. If the Three Miss Sunday’s game are opposed to the Colts, Malone will likely start as an open catcher. In two games, he scored four out of six goals for 16 yards.
