In Wednesday’s 5-3 loss to new Premier League champions, Lampard mingled in line with Klopp’s assistant, Pepijn Lijnders, for a foul on Mateo Kovavic for a shot over Sadio Mane that led to the loose shot from which Trent Alexander-Arnold scored to be 2-0.
Speaking after the match, Lampard said: “Fair play at Liverpool Football Club, they won the league but don’t get too arrogant.”

Klopp is not satisfied that the former England midfielder chose to voice his complaints after the match.
“You can’t hit me and my bench with something like that because we’re not arrogant,” he said.
“Frank is clearly having a very competitive temperament and I respect him very much. From my point of view, in this kind of situation, you can say almost anything you want. For me, after the game, it’s all over.
“I’ve said a lot in the afterlife because it’s a natural thrill, he came here to win the game or get a point, to qualify for the Champions League, and I respect him very much.
“But what you have to let him know is that he ends it with the ultimate whistle and he didn’t.
“At a time like this, in an argument, you must say anything to harm the other person.
‘I don’t have any challenge with that, though, at the last minute, I close the ebook and he didn’t do that and that’s what I don’t like.
“Talking like that is good, Frank has to be informed and has a lot of time to be informed because he’s a young coach.
“During the match, the words did not use any problems, but the final hiss … we’re arrogant, we’re quite the opposite.
The factor has become even more vital when an online video was posted highlighting the technical challenge in which Lampard led a four-letter oath on the Liverpool bench.
Frank reflects on an incident in the band line at Anfield that caught the eye: “I watched the video and used the language I used because I know those things play a lot on social media, but I don’t have the hobby to protect my team.” CHEWOL ‘

His comments were exacerbated because, in an empty stadium, everything can be heard in an obvious way and the Chelsea coach admits that he regrets his actions.
“I think when it comes to the language I used, I regret it, because I think those things are reproduced on social media,” he said.
“I have two young women who are on social media, so I.”
Sunday’s last game of the season in Newcastle will be a farewell to defence Dejan Lovren, who is about to single out Zenit St Petersburg as part of a 10.9 million pound deal.
The Croatian foreigner has spent six seasons at Anfield and has played only 15 games this season, falling to the fourth centre-back team in the hierarchy Virgil Van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Joel Matip.
Lovren was to enter the last year of his contract and, if Liverpool has the option to extend it for another 12 months, PA’s news firm understands that the headquarters is in a position to move forward.
Klopp refused to talk about it and said, “Until anything is decided, we won’t talk about those things.
“If you are not communicating about a player’s possible departure, we cannot communicate about a possible replacement. If there’s anything to be said, we’ll do it.
