Juventus’ line-ups opposite 11-year-old Manchester City showed team news and injuries: is Guardiola’s crisis easing?

Juventus and Manchester City are each in dire need of a win as they prepare for an intriguing UEFA Champions League encounter in Turin.

City twice battled back from behind to draw 2-2 at Crystal Palace last weekend but have now won just one of their past nine matches across all competitions.

There were a couple of surprise inclusions in Pep Guardiola’s travelling party to Italy but injuries continue to bite for the Premier League champions.

Juve are still acclimatising to life under the highly regarded Thiago Motta. They have become draw specialists, finishing all square in nine of their 15 undefeated Serie A games. Each of Juventus’s past four games across all competitions have finished honours even.
