Kai Havertz ‘wants to seal Chelsea through ‘PROCHAINE WEEK’ as talks continue about 90 million pound Bayer Leverkusen star

The Blues have shown their position in the wisest flight next season after a 2-0 win over the Wolves on Sunday.

And Chelsea’s good fortune means Havertz is in a position to stay with new recruits Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech to move to Stamford Bridge.

According to Sky Sports, the German has already agreed to move to west London.

The report adds that the only thing left to resolve in the agreement is the prices between Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen.

The Bundesliga values its star forward at around 90 million pounds, but the Blues expect to reach around 20 million pounds with add-ons.

Havertz is with Leverkusen lately before the Europa League resumes on 6 August.

Peter Bosz’s appearance lost the Champions League standings through the Bundesliga, but he can still sign for Chelsea in the European elite if he wins the UEFA side competition.

Leverkusen will face Rangers in the 16th Europa League circular and will lastly lead Steven Gerrard’s 3-1.

Havertz hopes his signing for Chelsea will be completed before the return.

Although the 21-year-old is still ineligible to participate in the current Blues Champions League crusade this season.

Chelsea have a mountain to climb to trace their 3-0 defeat to Bayern Munich in the first leg of the last 16 games on 8 August.

The news comes hours after blues enthusiasts became convinced that they had secured Havertz.

Leverkusen’s ace is one of thousands of people who “love” Werner’s Instagram post when they appeared in England.

Leroy Sané also stuck his tongue in the water last week when he gave the impression of letting go of the news of Havertz’s possible movement at his first press convention at Bayern.
