Klopp: Liverpool ‘deserved’ to lose to Atalanta

Jurgen Klopp admitted that Liverpool deserved to lose a “difficult” match against Atalanta.

The Reds suffered a disappointing defeat to the Italians in Group D on Wednesday night. Klopp’s team never played in the attack and failed to record a framed shot in the 90 minutes.

It obviously details the most productive team. His tough award-winning paintings in the moment part with two objectives in just 4 minutes.

Josip Ilicic and Robin Gosens scored the goals to secure Atalanta a historic victory over Liverpool at Anfield.

Despite this result, Liverpool remain the most sensible in the group, but Ajax’s victory over FC Midtjylland leaves the Dutchman and Atalanta on two Liverpool issues.

Klopp’s men receive Ajax next week before facing Midtjylland in their last organizing match on 9 December.

Liverpool’s manager spoke to BT Sport, quoted through BBC Sport, after the match, and insisted that Atalanta deserved all three points:

“It wasn’t a smart game. The two groups did not create much before scoring the goals.

“A deserved defeat in a complicated match. The referee didn’t whistle much and that makes the task even more complicated for both sides. It’s incredibly intense and you want some breaks. “

“When the first half is over you settle, but for some players who haven’t played for a while it was very intense for them. We don’t place a solution in the game.

“It’s easier to communicate about a smart game. We had moments but we didn’t have real opportunities. This can be for other computers only. You’re asking us to spend Saturday at 12:30, which is almost a crime. This has nothing to do with the result, but congratulations.

“Bravo, no and let’s do it again. “

Liverpool were destined to run out of strength. David Moyes had no intention of having a task yet. Ups!
