Kylian Mbappé misses Real Madrid’s preseason excursion to the United States

Kylian Mbappé will miss Real Madrid’s pre-season trip to the United States.

Mbappé is on holiday after captaining France to the Euro 2024 semi-finals and will take part in Madrid’s friendlies against AC Milan, Barcelona and Chelsea as part of their Soccer Champions Tour.

Jude Bellingham and Dani Carvajal also arrived in Chicago on Sunday.

Bellingham and Carvajal played the Euro 2024 final with England and Spain respectively and are also on vacation.

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has included Brazilian forward Endrick in his 26-player list.

Endrick joined Madrid from Palmeiras permanently after turning 18.

Endrick’s Brazilian teammates, Vinícius Júnior and Rodrygo Goes, are part of the team but will join the team in the coming days.

Ancelotti has included 12 youngsters in the itinerant team.

Meanwhile, Mbappe is expected to join Madrid immediately after the United States tour and make his debut against Atalanta in the European Super Cup in Warsaw on Aug. 14.

The French striker joined the club as a free agent after his contract with Paris Saint-Germain expired.

Madrid will face AC Milan at Soldier Field in Chicago on July 31 before the Barcelona Classic on August 3 at Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Ancelotti will conclude his tour against Chelsea on August 6 at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina.
