The confirmation of David Silva’s new club came tonight, to the chagrin of Serie A giants Lazio.
Spanish midfielder Silva last hid for Manchester City club last weekend.
A wonderful outing in the Champions League quarter-finals at the hands of Lyon only ended the City season, but also Silva’s time in the Sky Blues books.
The 34-year-old has spent 10 years running around the Etihad, racking up nearly 450 appearances and reinforcing his prestige as one of the club’s most sensitive players.

However, by the time his contract with the city expired, attention had inevitably shifted to Silva’s next destination.
Several clubs had been promoted as possible touchdown issues for the Spaniard, who had six goals and 10 assists in the Premier League last season, proving that Silva is still fully able to protect at the point of the match.
And, as noted above, the veteran’s signature career ended tonight.
In a social media ad of the club a long time ago, the La Liga team, Real Sociedad, showed that Silva had put the pen in the role in a 2-year contract at the Estadio de Anoeta:
i️ OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT We are very happy to announce the signature of 21lva. The player joins Real as an indefinite agent until June 30, 2022. WelcomeDavid #AurreraReala pic.twitter.com/PtqIkt4nJR

The Company’s announcement was shocking, as real was not on the list of clubs that had been considered favourites to reach an agreement.
And, if the last word of the skillful Fabrizio Romano movement is something to say, then the last absolute favorites to take over Silva’s signature seem to have been as good as the rest of us on occasions that night.
Serie A Lazio, which at one point would have almost signed an agreement by the half-runner on the loose agent, would oppose Silva ‘furious’.
It is even claimed that the former star of the town reached an agreement with the Society after being contacted “in secret”.
The Royal Society has hijacked David Silva’s deal! Lazio had a full agreement on a three-year contract and medical care in Rome. The Royal Society sneaked in contact with him. Lazio is furious. The agreement does. ?? #transferencias
