Leicester City will welcome Plymouth Argyle to the King Power Stadium on Saturday 9th December.
Argyle emerged victorious in his last outing thanks to Adam Randell’s fatal punch.
The midfielder and academy graduate kept his cool with the clock in red and scored the winning goal against Stoke City at Home Park.
The result puts Steven Schumacher’s side in 16th place in the table, with Swansea City and Huddersfield Town drawing at the Liberty Stadium, while Coventry City lost to Ipswich Town.
Needless to say, Leicester City are not in this component of the table, as they are, of course, at the top.
Only one point separates the Foxes from Ipswich Town, while they are now seven points ahead of the play-off places.
Enzo Maresca is spinning Leicester 24 hours a day, so here’s everything you want to know ahead of their next league outing, a game in which they are heavy favourites.
Enzo Maresca and Steven Schumacher can boast of good health.
Callum Doyle, on loan from Manchester City, is still out of the Foxes with a knee injury, while fellow defender Saxon Earley has only made one league appearance for Argyle this season due to injury. Both men are expected to return to the fray later this month.
It wasn’t too long ago that Brendan Galloway and Michael Cooper were in the treatment room along with Earley but they both started in the win over Stoke City.
It’s the first start of the campaign for Galloway, as Cooper, the young goalkeeper, has re-established himself as Conor Hazard’s number one striker over the past month.
The Plymouth Argyle stopover at King Power will not be broadcast on television due to a power outage.
The clash will also not be available to watch on the two clubs’ respective iFollow channels, but will be available to follow on Argyle TV and Foxes Hub, respectively.
Adult tickets to see Leicester City’s diversity are short from £26 to £88 and lately the club says they will be coming soon for this game.
They were almost sold out when Watford arrived in town for the final home game, so it’s obviously not easy to get tickets, even with a capacity of over 30,000 people.
Meanwhile, for Argyle enthusiasts travelling to Leicester, there are no tickets available at the time of writing, but it’s worth keeping your eyes peeled on the site as there will be a chance to buy them until 4pm. On Thursday, December 7th, if there is a pop. Up.
The race will start at 3:00 p. m. on Saturday, December 9.
