On Friday night, Barcelona will face Bayern Munich in the Champions League quarter-finals.
Will Leo Messi have Barcelona support for the match?
There is a sense that Messi will be in the XI of Barcelona on kick-off, however, it is unlikely that the Argentine will have 100 percent compatibility to face Bayern.
As shown through Spanish radio Cope, Messi missed the Barcelona consultation on Sunday.
Messi was sidelined by swelling in his left foot, which was sustained in the recent Champions League attack against Napoli at camp Nou.
Napoli’s defender Kalidou Koulibaly kicked Messi into the match and the Argentine did not recover from the clash.
In fact, he reported that after the match against Napoli, Messi’s foot “hurt a lot.”
