A new update to the Lionel Messi vs Barcelona saga gave the impression on Monday afternoon.
The news in world football over the last week, of course, surrounded Messi leaving Barcelona.
The league’s power suffered a humiliating 8–2 defeat at the hands of Bayern Munich in the Champions League this month, a defeat that seems to have been the last drop for Messi.
In the days after the Blaugrana beating, news began to emerge that the Argentine had informed the Catalan squad of his preference to leave.
However, the biggest challenge of any possible outing comes in the form of Messi’s contract.
As a component of your current contract, Messi is expected to have a clause that allows you to let it loose at the end of a given season, provided it is provided enough.
To take advantage of this clause in a general campaign, Messi would be forced to tell Barca his preference to move forward in May, but this year, due to the pandemic, Barcelona believes that its captain deserves to have done so in June, to be sure of a departure.
As a result, Messi’s 700 million euro termination clause remains active.
This position was officially supported through La Liga this weekend, with the payment of the aforementioned termination clause being the only departure of Camp Nou for Messi today.

Meanwhile, ESPN has since reported that Barca’s idea that the only way imaginable through which Messi can get a loose agent out is if the Argentine agrees not to take the field next season.
Despite this move, Messi remains convinced that his tenure at Camp Nou is over.
The striker would have gone to his PCR (Covid-19) checkpoint scheduled for this weekend.
And now, according to the media, adding Sky Sports News and Goal, Messi will not run for education on Monday, as the striker is no longer considered part of Ronald Koeman’s Blue Grenade Squad.

Sky adds that Messi’s father and representative are expected to meet with the Barcelona hierarchy on Wednesday to discuss the future of the 33-year-old.
In terms of possible contenders for Messi last weekend, Manchester City was the favorite.
While it is very likely that any club with genuine Messi touchdown hopes will be forced to pay some kind of fee, it is also the idea that The City is in a position to come with Eric Garcia and Angelino as part of an agreement.
However, all Gabriel Jesús, Bernardo Silva and Riyad Mahrez were reportedly removed from the negotiating table by the Barcelona talisman.
On an attractive note, if Messi leaves Catalonia, Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone will become the highest paid person (coach or player) of La Liga.
