Tony Gallacher says everything in Liverpool’s youth setup was designed to take advantage of Jurgen Klopp’s first team.
The Reds’ left-back is recently on loan at Toronto FC and has played four games in the MLS so far.
After joining Falkirk in 2018, the former young foreigner from Scotland said he had enjoyed the good fortune of the Reds’ first team.
He told the Toronto website: “The moment I walked in was the moment they exploded and won everything you can really believe you’d need to win as a player.
“Then, in the two and a half years I’ve been there, morale is as smart as you can imagine.
“The under-23s, we stick to the schedule of the first team, the education is very similar, so each and every time I asked to let go, I got used to what the technician proposes.
“The criteria for those you exercise are the best from the academy to the first team, so being a component of that has been a wonderful delight for me.
“I would never have the idea of that, develop, dream about it and be a part of it.
“Since I went, he’s been smart. I’ve had a few opportunities to exercise and obviously this wonderful game behind Aston Villa that probably wouldn’t be played in football, but I’ve been lucky enough to go. .
“The fun is great, the training knows what to do to expand the players, so in the two years I’ve been there, there’s been a lot of fans. “
Gallacher in the infrequent position of joining Liverpool’s under-23 team after having already played 17 matches at the Scottish Championships.

Gallacher said: “Obviously, coming from an academy team, they face progression more than this winning mentality.
“I knew at this point that I had to make the most of that because I came here from first-team football in Scotland, where a victory is everything and no matter how you do it, if you want to, there are other tactics to do it.
“When I arrived, I’m not sure I’m honest.
“I didn’t know much about the team or the league, but I made sure I did my research, I had a lot of quarantine time to do it.
“For me, at this level of my career it is ideal to sign up for a team that needs to win trophies and aim for victory.
“It’s the best situation, definitely. “
The Glasgow-born side says his game with first-team football left him wanting more when he finished his loan to Toronto.
He said, “You think about the future, it’s in your head.
“This is my first loan and I don’t think many players get loans like this, where groups retire to win so many trophies.
“Coming back, every time I come back, it will be different, definitely.
“First team football is ideal right now, I love every moment and I imagine, when I step back, I need more.
“I’ll pass out right now and do it again.
“Now I’m 21 years old, so it’s preferable that it be the place I should be once in a while for the next two years, looking to gain so much pleasure and minutes to my credit. “
