Liverpool enthusiasts have discovered a trace of the first move on the club’s official website.
On Thursday, the Reds unveiled their home shirt for the 2024-25 campaign. This blouse is an elegant interpretation of the one worn by the Reds on their way to European Cup glory and treble some 40 years ago.
During the unveiling of the new shirt, Liverpool fans on social media noticed that Mohamed Salah among the Reds’ stars wore the shirt.

There have been many hypotheses about Salah’s long-term in recent weeks, with the Egyptian only having one year left on his £350,000-per-week contract at Anfield.
It has been widely claimed that little progress has been made to secure new terms for Salah at Anfield, with the club focusing on signing Jurgen Klopp’s successor.
In addition, Salah’s feud with Klopp in the 2-2 draw against West Ham on Saturday has raised more questions about the 31-year-old’s early career at the club, with Saudi Pro League teams long showing interest.
In fact, Liverpool rejected a £100 million bid, which could reach £150 million with the additions, for the Al Ittihad striker last August.

However, Salah’s presence at the new kit launch has raised hopes among fans that he will be at Anfield next season.

If Salah stays at Anfield next season, he will most likely play with Arne Slot, with the Dutchman succeeding Klopp this summer.
