A popular hotel with Liverpool FC enthusiasts has opened a new bistro in time for the start of the season.

The family-run, LFC-themed Hotel Tia officially opened the bistro on Thursday night, before the start of today’s Leeds United.

Guests were invited to a special launch to celebrate the opening of the hotel bistro on Anfield Road.

The bistro is popular on physical activity days with a menu that includes starters with strips of birds and nachos with cheese, main dishes with fish and lightly breaded fries, surf and turf and desserts such as chocolate brownies.

There is a children’s menu with burgers and chips, bird nuggets and fish sticks. It serves lunch on Sundays.
