The Football Inaspectr online page reports that the Reds are “laying the groundwork” for making an offer to draw the Senegalese foreigner into the league’s appearance January moving window.
The same article indicates that the current Premier League champions have a strong interest in signing the 22-year-old to have Klopp serve as an attack and supply canopy for key stars like Mohamed Salah.
According to the same story, Liverpool FC had talks with Watford this summer, but the Merseyside team made a concrete offer for the Senegalese striker.
Football Insider shows that Watford called a move payment of around 40 million pounds for Sarr, which is a selling value that Liverpool FC doubts about the monetary uncertainty that may have been in place.
The report adds that Liverpool FC has also been excluded from an agreement to point out Wolves striker Adama Traoré in the summer moving market after the Midlands team produced a value of 60 million pounds.
Sarr scored five times in 28 Premier League games last season, and Senegal’s foreigner was unable to keep the Hornets safe.
The Senegalese striker joined Watford on a 30 million pound contract for Rennes Ligue 1 in the 2019 summer movement window after scoring 18 times in 77 games in all competitions for the Ligue 1 team.
Sarr scored two goals in Watford’s 3-0 win over Liverpool FC on Vicarage Road in February.
