Jurgen Klopp said Takumi Minamino’s “the time will come” at Liverpool, admitting that the Japanese striker will have to settle for a replacement role for now.
Minamino has rarely played for Liverpool since joining the team in January.
So this season, he has amassed only 57 minutes of Premier League action, while playing a partial role in cup competitions.
Now it turns out to be an ideal opportunity for Minamino to win a few more minutes amid Liverpool’s ongoing injury crisis, his recent performances have barely convinced his boss.
However, Klopp insists that the odds will come for the signing of 7. 25 million pounds, but only when he faces those who preceded him.
